Hi ya every one, Does any body know the ammount of cals,in just one rasher of fried bacon? God it's been yrs since I dieted & counting the cals has been the most effective! Want 2 lose so much weigh for MYSELF,& a much needed confidence boost!! Gettintg pretty obessed with calorie counting n sticking to just 1200 per day limits what I can eat unless you have any tastesy low cal suggestions? thanks who ever replys..
