Quick Healthy Dinner

Penne with Kielbasa and Zuchini from Eversave.com

Awesome receipe (when I made it I only used two zucchini because I wasn't sure if my kids would like it but they loved it)

Ingredients
1 pound penne (can also be whole wheat)
2 large kielbasa
5 medium zucchini
1 dry Italian dressing/seasoning packet
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Set aside. Slice kielbasa in half lengthwise and slice into 1/4 inch half moon slices. Set aside. Slice each zucchini in half, and slice into 1/4 inch half moon slices. In a large skillet or wok heat oil. Add kielbasa and zucchini and saute for 5-7 minutes on high heat until the kielbasa is browned. Add seasoning packet and saute for another 2 minutes. Lower heat and add cooked pasta to the skillet. Saute for another 5 minutes until heated through. Serve hot with warm breadsticks (optional)
