    Eating a mango is much more fun. I usually have one a day as a mid-morning snack, or for desert in the evening mixed with a little cottage cheese. High in potassium which helps balance sodium which is a problem with most cottage cheese. Very yummy.

    Hey am new here, but I'd like to comment on the African mango subject, I've lost 5 pound in the two weeks I've been taking this product. I take 2 pills with my evening meal as I tend to eat more on the night, keeps me feeling full up to about 11 o'clock the next day. Might be coincidence but iam gonna keep going till my bottle runs out. ????
