How to NOT overeat tomorrow...

Tomorrow I have my grandfathers birthday lunch and we are getting pit turkey sandwiches, and probably having sides like potato salad, and a variation of watergate salad( you know, with fruit and rice and marshmallows in it), and maybe even ice cream cake. It wouldn't be so bad, but tomorrow night I am going to an all you can eat and drink bull roast-shrimp feast! I want to feel like I am getting my money's worth, but still not eating too much.

How can I get through tomorrow without going over on my calorie count? The only thing I know is I am going to go to the gym in the morning and try to do a 500 calorie burn, so I will have more calories I can "eat" just incase I go over.

Any other suggestions!?
