Looking for a good heart rate monitor + scale???

Alright well i'm really curious to see how many calories I burn during these home exercises I do. I don't have a billion bucks to spend on one of these, so i'm wondering if there's a cheap one out there for maybe under 35 bucks that works good?
Same thing goes for the scale! I really want to find a good scale but all the ones I'm interested in for under 35 bucks have TERRIBLE reviews. ):
