This is my boyfriends fave meal, so I've made it a bit lower cal so we can both eat it! Thought I'd share it because, if I do say so myself, it's delish!

Ingredients:
4 chicken legs without skin
4 rashers of lean bacon, chopped into cubes
1 onion , halved and sliced
1 tbsp plain flour
450ml dry cider
1 heaped tsp Dijon mustard

Method:
Heat the oven to about 190*c (I don't know about *f, sorry")
In a roasting tin brown the chicken on the hob for about 3 mins per side & then take out of the tin
Put the onion and bacon in the tin and fry for a couple of mins, add the flour and stir for a min, then the cider.
Simmer for 2 mins then add the mustard.
Add the chicken back in, then pop it in the oven for about 40 mins.

It serves 4 and it's only 334 calories per serving. We have it with cous cous and green veg, and it's just lush!

Just had to tell you all now that I've made a lower cal version!
