I'm sure it's been discussed before, so I apologize if this is a double post. I'm just curious if anyone else uses coconut oil as a supplement. I've thought about using it and have researched the benefits of it. If anyone would like to weigh in, feel free. Thanks.

Honestly I just love it for everything; baking, making homemade chocolates, cookies, ect.
A lot of people use it as a supplement. Apparently is helps control appetite? Not sure.
It is one of the healthier oils to consume.

I don't eat it - although I may try using it in recipes. But I have a container of coconut oil in my bathroom that I use in my hair and on my skin occasionally.0

I use it as a supplement since I am middle aged and topically, as it helps with keeping my skin from drying out. I teach swim lessons five days a week, so the chlorine would be horrible if I didn't use coconut oil.
I don't think anything other than calories in and calories out really helps with weight loss, but coconut oil definitely helps with wrinkles. :-)0
