Hey, does anyone know how accurate the mfp calculators for burning calories actually are? It says I don't burn much during exercise, and I don't know if that's because I'm small or because they underestimate how many calories you burn...anyone know?

It depends on the exercise. I find for most things MFP registers about 30% higher than my HRM tells me. The exception is rowing, which MFP has set far too low. It is actually a more efficient exercise than running if done right.0

Overall mfp shows that u burn higher calories than u actually do.0

Yep I think mfp is too high.
For accuracy buy a Polar FT7 heart rate monitor.0
