Hi, Just need a few pointers please.
Finding it hard to work out calories in home made food.
Made a pot of cauliflower soup and when searching its showing as over 1000 calories for 6 cups !!! I am guessing that there is crea, or something rich added to that one.
So if anyone could help point me in the right direction please. Soup was only a tsp of lighter butter, tsp of flour, whole head of cauliflower, half an onion, 2 chicken stock cubes and .. erm ... lots of water
) I am guessing that there is 6 - 8 servings in it. Big servings !!
Any help appreciated.
