MRT Training

ANyone as done MRT ?

I would like to share my experience from the past 10 weeks . I was @ 176lb when started dieting like crazy with no results .... Then I found a traning that gave me huge results... I was @ 43inch and now down to 33inch and 160lb .

I am now building more muscle and i don't lose anymore weight since 2 weeks . I am training 5-6 day's a week a my diet is 1550 cal a day . I am changing my training routine to this new one I found + adding 15 min cardio to it + set up's too :smile:

My goal is the lose 2 more inch and be @ 31 ....
