Bread!

people keep telling me to lose weight you should cut bread out of your diet, but other carbs are fine.
carbs make up most of my dinners, and i would have bread for lunches like pitta, wraps or sliced bread.

why should you cut bread out of your diet? or can you still lose a lot of weight by keeping bread in your diet?
theres that many diets going around it gets confusing to follow!
