Anyone else use this? If so... Reviews? I went there to check out the optimum nutrition brand but the guy was trying to sell me on this stuff.

Guess I should add. I drink a protein shake after doing my p90x workout for the day. I'm doing p90x And supplement with Jillian michaels ripped in 30 about 4 times a week on top of p90x. I eat most of my protein in the form of lean meats , eggs, and Greek yogurt but usually do a shake because a can of tuna just isn't as appetizing post workout. Thanks.

Oh, and apologies for poor grammar, spelling, etc. My laptop is broken and I'm trying to type this on my iPhone's tiny little browser.

I wish I could offer more information on the product you specified, but I can really just say that I've had good results using Optimum Nutrition whey. I've also had terrible experiences dealing with GNC retail staff. It's not really fair to blame the product for that, but I end up buying my ON whey online and I'm quite happy to not set foot in a GNC.

Other people's mileage will no doubt vary.

I have used and it's OK for protein powder, which sometimes is the only way that makes sense. About halfway thru the bag I start gettting really put off by the taste--especially when mixing with water--and find it's better with something added. For post-workouts you can run a half a frozen banana with it in the blender and maybe even a packet of stevia. For a real treat mix with chocolate low fat almond milk or with skim milk and cocoa powder. These days I'm really liking the EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control ready-to-drink in Chocolate Fudge. Yummy cold!

Best if mixed in milk, I used the 35 calorie unsweetened almond milk. Do NOT get the cookies & creame - it is nasty!

I've been using it, one scoop of vanilla mixed with half from a meal replacement and I am fond of it.

Even alone, I like it. It mixes well in the water and has a very pleasant taste (not gritty).

ETA, I have only mixed with water, and I think it's fine. The meal replacement I add into it is a berry one that alone tastes like *kitten*. MUCH better with the vanilla whey!!!
