    I hear yea it been hard to drop this first 34 but I have and not looking back. I have also almost dropped a jean size 28 to 26. Understand I can where 26 but just need to drop a couple more lbs before I really start wearing them all the time

    Looking good. You're right, there is no turning back. What option is there? This new healthy lifestyle is the only way to go. Congratulations!
