hey everyone. i used to be on here and i actually ended up losing 24 pounds from january to may 2011 but when i still wasnt happy with my body, i just gave up and i ended up gaining 99% of it back! i forgot my password to my old one, so i made a new one and i'm definetly ready to start losing again! (: if any of yall wouldn't mind adding me as a friend on here, that would be great! having friends on here definetly helped me to do better last time!! well, thanks yall. xoxo<3

    Welcome back. We've all done it but here's the secret. . . . .


    Eat your exercise calories and don't go hungry. (invest in a HRM) to know you're calories burned.


    That's the best advice I've ever heard and finally listened too and I'm loving this so much better than I ever have in the past. I feel so much healthier and have more energy now that I know that I am getting the nutrition I need.
