I've noticed while peeking at peoples diaries that not alot of people are tracking their sugar intake. Do you think sugar is not as harmful as say fat is? :noway:

I track my sugar because I strongly believe that excess sugar contributes to developing diabetes, especially "added sugar". I set mine at 25g but usually go over it some.0

Right,1 banana and 1 apple in the same day can put you over !0 -
I don't track sugar because a glaring majority of my sugar comes from fruit, which I'm not concerned about. I still look at the sugar content on the labels of things, I just don't feel the need to track it on my food diary.0

I am tracking my sugar intake, but I also look over the daily foods I eat and where the sugar is coming from. I am less concerned if it is coming from fruit. I try not to eat too much of it, I like vegetables better. I do like tracking it though just to get the full overview.0
