just sharing the good news, I weighed today and have lost another 4.8 pounds!!! yea!!! Have been getting a lot of compliments from people who haven't seen me in a while!!! So I guess I'm doing something right!!! Help me celebrate with "way to go's" so I won't be tempted to go out and eat everything in sight!!!!:flowerforyou:
