YAY!!!! My first 10 lbs!!!!!

I am so excited to see that diet and exercise are paying off! I didn't think that you could notice a 10lb weight loss too much, but I notice it in my tummy....some pants are fitting more comfortably and my shirts don't have such a bad muffin top! Even my family is starting to notice! We are going away for the weekend....hope I don't blow it there. My plan is to work out in the hotel gym, and we will be doing lots of shopping, so I will be logging the walking calories as well. I'm so excited and love the taste of success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Well, ya can't blow a week-end away when there is shopping involved! Focus on the shopping and make healthy food choices! Shopping is always fun when I am 10 lbs down!!!!! :smile:

    Keep up the great work! It's a lifestyle change, so this will be a great way to learn to adapt your routine to "Life."

    I used to carry my dumbells on trips with me - and if the hotel had stairs I would be walking up and down them for 20 or 30 minutes at a time for cardio. I have even jogged around and around a hotel parking lot in the past, lol!

    Great job!!

    I love to pack healthy little snacks to have available when I'm out running errands or whatever! A serving of almonds, or pretzles can be just what I need to keep my resolve!! Of course, a bottle of water in hand helps too!!
