Daily goal:
1680 calories
231 carbs
56 fat
63 protein

Here's an example of what I eat daily (with some minor changes each day):

It says I need 900 calories more? I'm a little confused. I feel full after I've eaten all that (I had a lamb shank for dinner I forgot to put in.)
Am I doing it wrong?

Also, I usually eat something every 2.5 hours. On that day it would have been breakfast, then the snack, then lunch, then another snack then dinner. Is that wrong?

How many calories was the lamb shank? And did you have anything else with it? Without knowing that, it's hard to know how close you are to your calorie target.

While there are some here who do better with intermittent fasting or just, in general, less meals per day, I do best with numerous small meals or meals and snacks. I think this is something that works different for everybody and you need to find the eating plan that works best for you.

I'm really not sure what you're asking. I think it's better to eat a bit more, exercise more, and have a smaller deficit so you lose weight slowly in a way that's sustainable.

Are you not losing? Are you chronically eating too little? Please clarify what you're confused about and maybe you'll get better help from us.
