Help defrosting filo pastry!

Hi all, I need some advice. We are cooking spring rolls tonight and are having people over very soon. I have never cooked with filo/phyllo pastry before and the packet says I needed to defrost overnight. Having not realised this, I really need any tips on how to defrost it very quickly. I am worried I might ruin them if I try and microwave them? Any tips?

Don't panic! Wrap in a tea towel and put it somewhere warm, like on top of the oven while it is on. ( I am a chef and this is what we do).
When it is nearly defrosted you can carefully peel the layers and lay them on a tea towel with another teatowel on top (so it doesn't dry up), and should be done in about 45 mins. Less sometimesGood luck!

It will be a lot quicker if you can peel the layers asap. about 5 minutes if they are separated.0
