Doesn't seem like you workout to much to me because if I said you did then that means that I do because I workout 4-5 days a week and burn no less than 500 calories each time plus I hit the weights 4 days a week. Your body is probably adjusting try switchin up your routine a bit do something- if you usually use the elliptical get on the stair climber for your cardio or get on the bike- Try taking a class or something keep your body guessing always your body can get used to workouts so you have to change things up a bit.
How do you know what your burning when you workout? Do you wear a HRM?0 -
25-300 what? Sometime your body needs rest and if your doing strength training muscle will have a weigh in factor0
-
youre going to make yourself insane if you weigh yourself that many times a day! pick one day a week to weigh in.:happy:0

I GIVE MY BODY 1 DAYS REST ON SUNDAY NO WORKOUTS BUT I DO CARDI 6 DAYS A WEEK AND I TRY TO WORK HARD ONE DAY AND ALITTE EASIER THE NEXT0

anyone out there know what is more accurate, a heart rate monitor with calorie counter or the treadmill monitor? my hrm said I burned 738 caloriesw and the treadmill monitor said I burned 505?0

Remember that when working out you are building lean muscle mass which means you may be toning but not really losing weight. I was stuck at the same weight for almost month ( eating the same and working out more) and now this week I finally dropped a lb again. Hang in there.0

THAT SCALE IS BAD HABBIT:laugh: I MADE MY HUSBAND TKE IT AWAY FOR TWO WEEKS AND IM FREKIN OUT ALREADY:laugh:0

DO YOU EAT YOUR WORKOUT CAL? I DONT MAYBE I SHOULD EAT SOME OF THEM CAUSE MY CAL .ARE 12000 -
are you eating enough? ive read that other people on here had to increase their calories a bit to start seeing the scale go down again.
lol, you answeted that already, yeah eat those exercise calories! or at least half of them!0 -

I agree. Once a week is just right. It was making me crazy just checking every other day. I have to force myself to wait until Tuesday to weigh in.0 -
THE SCALE IS OUR BEST FRIEND WHEN THE NUMBERS GO DOWN BUT WHEN THE NUMBER SATYS THE SAME OR GOES UP IT'S OUR :devil:0

FROM WHAT I READ HERE ON MFP THEY SAY THE HRM IS BETTER I DONT HAVE ONE YET BUT I WOULD GO WITH THAT0 -
hrm is definitely more accurate. it has your age, weight, height, gender, etc. where as the treadmill only usually asks for weight and age.0

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR INFO . NOW ITS TIME TO GO WORK BE BACK LATER0

To the HRM question
The HRM is more accurate- I have a polar F4 and I love it. Mfp calculations are wrong along with other websites calculations + the machines at the gym are wrong-
I think if you eat your exercise calories you should def get a HRM so you are eating the correct amount back not going over too many ect..
As far as the person who started this thread I think your body is just adjusting to everything and you should be fine just keep at your workout try spicing it up- If you want to play with your calories try zig zagging them- like 1400 one day, 1350 another, 1450 ect..0
