    I am hoping that this is because I've been really ill for the last two weeks and haven't been able to exercise. I'm hoping I can get some exercise in this week, but not well enough yet :o(

    5 lbs... honestly is nothing... don't eat for 2-3 days and you're there (and its easy to put back on).... but I'm in haha - I want to lose at least 5 lbs but I'm eating 1600-1700 cals cuz im trying to train for a half-marathon...
