Weigh in day and days off

When is your weigh in day? Do you have a treat day?

I started dieting on a monday, so Monday is my weigh in day.

Good you'd say- as it keeps me motivated to be good in the weekend as I don't want to gain any valuable lost weight over the weeekend, but it also means I don't get my 'weekly treat day'.

In the past my weigh in day was Saturday- allowing me to have drink in the evening (which I wouldn't do on Mondays anyway), maybe a take away once in a while, enjoy parties with buffets a bit more... and still loose that weight by next Saturday.

What do you think- back to Saturday mornings weig ins, or be a good girl? Will I keep my diet up longer if I have a weekly treat day?

I still expect to drink wine and eat a buffet at tonights party though- did 565 calories worth of exercise this morning and will go swimming this afternoon to make up for it....
