Forever cold

Ever since I started this diet I seem to feel cold all the time- earlier this week I was sitting right next to our fire, complaining it was cold. My hubbie couldn' believe his ears.

Anyone else with the same problem?

    You can get your iron checked, and/or your thyroid.....mine are both in normal ranges now (due to medication), but I am always cold -- I can be cold in the middle of the summer, not just this time of year. I think it's because I've lost that insulation! :wink:
    You aren't the only one with this issue by any means.

    i second getting your thyroid checked. I was always freezing before i went on meds for it!
