Hey all!

I'm not sure if anyone has heard of it but Graze is an amazing company who post a selection box of healthy goodies! I saw them advertised on TV and decided to check them out. They're amazing! You can pick from a Nibble Box or Nutrition Box. There are 4 sections in which they pick 4 different snacks and goodies due to your ratings. On the website you can browse the food and rate them.

There are 5 options to select from - bin, try, like, love and send soon. If you select bin then they will NEVER send it. If you select try then they will send it sometime. If you select like then it means you've tried it and like it, so they'll send it occasionally. If you select love then it means you've tried it and love it, so they'll send it frequently. If you select send soon then they will send in the next delivery. To receive a box all you do is make an account, select your box (Nibbles or Nutrition) and rate the food.

All it costs is £3.99! Although I think its £3.79 at the moment. You can even choose when to have it delivered! Choose the day and how often too - weekly or fortnightly. And if for whatever reason you don't want it the week its due then just bump it up to the next week or cancel it all together. You can always order one off boxes or start your weekly boxes again even after you've cancelled it previously. I think this is amazing and wanted to share it with all of you :D I've already had a few boxes myself and its absolutely delicious! Food includes dried fruit, nuts, seeds, crackers, bread, dips and even chocolates and flapjacks!

Sounds great right? That's because it is :D Seriously guys, give it a go! I get so excited when my box arrives! What is better is that you can try a box for FREE! Give it a go for free. The code is: P3454Y8! Sign up, order a box and enter that code in at the end of the order (promotion code). It will say its free - then go ahead and finish the order! :D Spread the word.

  • Agreed, Graze is awesome, shame they don't do the fresh fruit any more though.

Just as a heads up, for everyone that signs up through that link I believe ELFwinters will get the option of deducting £1 from their next box or donating £1 to the charity which Graze currently supports (if those codes still work in the same way). Choose wisely ELFwinters ;-)

Graze is what originally started me on my path to healthy eating and they have lots of great stuff. Granted if you want that kind of thing more than once a week it's cheaper to go and buy some fruit/nuts/crackers from Tesco but if you are after a once a week lunch to help keep you on the straight and narrow then I can't recommend them enough as the choice to eat healthily is taken out of your hands entirely even if it is just for one day :-)

I still buy dried fruit now though and love it! lol
