Anyone maintaining?

For anyone who is maintaining I am curious what your "range" is for maintenance. 3lbs, 5lbs?

Do you find it easy to stay there or do you really need to work at it?

    I am :)

    I have decided to not use the scale except for very rare occasions. I go off what I see in the mirror and just keep up my workouts and tracking - always from net and eat back exercise calories. Its working for me :)

    i went into maintaining mode for a while... I was fluctuating with-in 2-3lbs. I was pretty easy for me to maintain. I just made sure to eat healthy (not out or fast foods) and I exercised 2x a week.

    My weight went up a little on maintenance, but my clothing size went down. I stopped caring about the scale. I'll go by how clothes fit and how I look in photographs.

    Im maintaining. Well trying to. I have a 5 pound range that I stay in. I eat when im hungry and keep up with my exercise routine. I try to log as much as I can. I feel like maintaining is almost harder than losing the weight was!
