    Thank you! Right now, I'm finishing up P90x (at home, in the wee hours of the morning, lol). I need to get a bench, bar, and some more dumbbells, so I can start NROL4W...just got the book, and I'm excited!

    Cool! If you find you are short on time you may want to look into Stronglifts 5x5. Great program for people who only want to work out 3 times a week and get the same results as 4-5 days a week. Neat program!
