    There's also normal food alternatives. For example, I try to stay away from pizza shops, instead I make my own at home at least 2x a week. I buy Mission whole wheat tortilla, marina sauce, and part skim mozzarella. If I feel like a meaty pizza I cook a little bit of 96% lean ground beef and put it as a topping but my favorite topping is green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and turkey bacon.
