TVP Recipes for all ground meat dishes

Heres a simple way to replace ground meat or tuna anything ,,,, just make this mixutre and watch the fat content of your favorite dishes go to almost nothing!
1 c. TVP
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. tamari or soy sauce
In saucepan, heat water and tamari/soy sauce until boiling. Turn heat to
medium and then add TVP and cook until all water is absorbed.
This mixture can be used in any recipe that calls for ground browned beef.
(Examples: Lasagna, chili, spaghetti, tacos, etc., etc., etc.)
This is for the whole amount in calories when you make a dish with it. You can then figure out by portion from your dish what it has for content.
