Can someone please help me - I don't know how accurate it can be, but can someone help me with at least an estimate of how many calories 4 ounces of meatloaf (made with 93% lean beef, oatmeal, egg whites and salsa all mixed together - don't know exact mixture measurements because it was made by someone else) might possible be. I don't have any idea how many calories I should log in for this meatloaf. Someone who is also trying to lose weight brought it in for us to try. It tastes pretty good and is made from a lot of healthy items. Any ideas for an estimate?

You're obviously not going to get an accurate amount of calories, but if you have an idea of everything that was put into it, try this website...

I say add all your items separately.

depending on size of serving, but a 'deck of cards' size is safe to say about 200-250.

It is about the size of a deck of cards. I was thinking it was probably around 250 calories give or take. I'd rather estimate on the higher side than be too low. thanks for the info.
