10lbs down since Boxing Day

I just wanted to show you guys this as you can really tell on my face and I'm very proud of myself. I've been doing a lot of wallking, like for 3 hours at a time, trying to do 10miles each week, as well as eating 1200 cals a day (+exercise cals). I didn't think I would be able to stay motivated but I feel GREAT. My blood pressure is down, I have also stopped smoking, and I feel so much fitter already. I am 10lbs down and 30lbs to go, so I'm 1/4 of the way through already! Thanks so much for your continued support guys.
