Made these last night. OMG SO delicious! I used butterscotch baking chips instead of chocolate though.

Using the picture from the site because mine came out similar, and my phone camera isnt the best xD

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Combine all ingredients in a single bowl. Stir to combine.

3. Spoon out balls onto greased baking sheet and form into cookies. Bake for 5-8 minutes, depending on size of cookies.

I thought I read on my internet forays (I could be completely remembering this wrong so please correct me) that heating protein powder isn't a good idea because it "denatures" it or something and changes the effectiveness?

Well denaturing really doesn't have much of an effect I would think. You denature an egg by scrambling/frying/cooking ^-^

That is very true. I heat natural foods with protein all the time, but I didn't know if the powder was "special" somehow in that respect as I am not very familiar with it. Also, like I said, I could be wrong about the completely random thing I may or may not have read... to put it into perspective I often go on such forays during the wee hours of the morning ::cough:: 3am ::cough:: LOL
