Hello Everyone,

My name is Jason. I have been doing P90x for about 9 months off and on. I am presently 2 weeks into round three. I have experience dramatic gains in strength and flexibility, as well as weight loss. I still want to drop BF percentage though. I am working on it. IT is hard to lose weight and gain size at the same time.

I welcome any and all opinions of what I can do better, as well as introductions from new people. I believe that success is bolstered on connections that you have with people going through the same thing.
