GARMIN FR70 Heart Rate Monitor

I am looking into purchasing a heart rate monitor watch to wear when working out at the gym. I really like the Garmin FR70 and it is a good price. However, I want accuracy and it's obvious that those with chest strap is more accurate. Does anyone know if a garmin chest strap is compatible with this watch? Any info is helpful!
