what should my heart rate be at?

Hi all i have a hr monitor and all my stats are programmed in so think its pretty accurate on the cals burnt but i was woundering what my fat burning hr should be my watch seems to beep when i get over 135 but i'm often up too 165+

Edit: Mine says 97 - 146. I tend to go higher, I don't work hard at all at that rate. I seem to maintain 150 - 170 on average, going up to 180 sometimes. It just feels good to exercise hard and I don't always realise how high my heart rate is.0
