Lower Abs..

Can anyone recommend a GOOD workout for lower abs, or even abs over all?? I want to feel the BURN (lol). I'm into pilates...but the workout I'm doing isn't challenging enough for me.. Thanks!! :))

    I do various leg lifts (while on my back).
    Ball or dumbell rollouts are good...

    Planks are the same and "elbow and toes." Basically you lay down on your stomach, then lift yourself up on you elbows and toes, keeping your back as straight as possible, and hold for 30-1 minute or as long as you can. You can also just hold yourself up in push-up postion. Hope that helps and makes sense....
