hey guys
so im a kinda diet only without exercise person ....i only use exercise if i over eaten.
anyway long story short i went and exercised today perfectly ( 45 mins walking + 15 elliptecal = 773 calories burnt )
what amazed me is my apetite through the whole day afterwards was very stable and steady....no cravings
is there any connection between exercise and apetite?
sorry for my broken english
thx for reading regards

Yes, exercise can curb appetite. It is also a psychological factor that you don't want to ruin what you accomplished on the gym with poor food choices.
On a side note, you probably didn't burn 773 calories doing that. MFP is WAY over on their calorie burning estimates.0
