I know nothing about strength training! I met with a trainer and we are designing a program for me. He showed me a few moves for my arms and legs. I have a few more classes to go to, but that will not be until later this week. I am supposed to start on Monday. I am doing 5 minutes of warm up, 15 Minutes upper body, 15 minutes lower body and then 30 minutes cardio. Warm up and cardio I will not have any issues. I do want to look at some instructions or videos that show me the correct form to do some of the moves. I didn't think to ask the trainer this!
Thank you in advanced,
Jen
P.S.
BEFORE you say google it, everything you read on the internet is not true. I am looking for some recommendations for sites that will explain the proper way and show good form. Since I do not know what this looks like, I do not know where to look!
If you do not have anything nice to stay do not say anything at all!

I am planning to follow this program. The instructional videos are very good and there are also written explanations in the "detailed descriptions" button of each exercise.0 -

Another one for bodybuilding.com! They're probably the best resource for exercise tips and videos...just stay off the forums, its populated by a bunch of high school kids (or adults who act like high school kids).0

Couldn't agree more, there is a "sweaty locker room" attitude in the forums, are full of dodgy advice
