    I want to clarify that I did NOT lose all my weight with just the 30DS or in 30 days. I started in October by doing the 30DS along with the ellpitcal machine. The picture where I am in the black pants/black bra showed how I looked after the 30DS which was the beginning of November. I weighed around 165. Then I got sick and ended up in the hospital which brought me down to 158 and I couldn't workout but I ate and ate..lol..so of course my weight went back up to 162.5. Once I had the okay to workout again which was late Decemeber, I started doing the ellpitcal again, running, walking, 30DS(not everyday), cardio, and ab workouts which brought me down to 155. The last two pics show how I look now. I actually took them this morning...lol

    CONGRATS! You look great!!!

    I just started with this yesterday. I'm a bit discouraged as I've gained way too much weight in the last 7 months. No fault but my own, but now I know I have to make a difference and my doctor has told me in not so many kind words. Would love the encouragement and hints! I've got at least 40 that I want to lose and maybe more.

    You look great! I'm doing 30DS as well, and took my Day 1 picture. I'm not at 30 days yet but I already see little changes in my stomach and waistline. Keep it up... you are doing awesome!
