Anyone use any other Jillian videos besides 30DS?

The 30DS is one of her only videos that I haven't tried yet. I might just have all of her others, and I usually rotate them. During the week I do 6w6p, RI30, Buns & Thighs or Power Yoga. When I have more time on weekends, I do BFBM, NMTZ, or a combo of two of the shorter ones which really kick my *kitten*.

None of my other friends on here are Jillian users, so I'd love to add some people that are going through the same pain and tourture I am!!

I will probably be judged for this but... I never liked the shred? I stuck with it for the 30 days and I saw some results (not many though I wasn't eating well at the time so that is mostly my fault) but I just found the videos really boring and they didn't captivate me.

I decided to try Ripped in 30 and SO MUCH LOOOOVE. I was sore for days after it haha but I finished day 3 yesterday, I am actually excited to do it again.

I'd love to add some Jillian fans by the way :)

I just got the new dvd shed & shred, I did it this morning to test out my new heartrate monitor. It's one of the more challenging workouts I've done! I've had 30DS for some time now, and I use it as my "easy" day workout which makes me laugh because I could barely get through the first circuit when I got it.
  • I just started banish fat, boost matoblisim today! (srry spelling) LOOVEE it!!

Bob is great too! I had his Beginner's Weight Loss Transformation checked out from my library all the past week - that's a serious workout! I may buy it or one of his others next time I see it on sale.

I started with Jillian's 30DS, and now I have Ripped In 30, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, Killer Buns & Thighs, 6 Week Six-Pack, Yoga Meltdown and Shred It With Weights. The last two in the list are my least favorites, but I rotate through the others (except for 30DS, which I loaned to my Mom, although I don't think she's tried it :P) pretty regularly. Add me if you'd like!

I LOVE her yoga meltdown. It's a much faster pace yoga which makes it funner! I also think 30 DS is kind of bluh but have heard good things about ripped in 30

I have her Yoga Meltdown, which I guess is her power yoga DVD. I love it. It takes time for you to build up the strength to successfully do all of the exercises, but it's awesome to be able to see your progress every time you work out.

Just a warning, the shed and shred: OUCH! I have never ever had muscle aches in my shoulder blades before. I don't know what exercises caused that but they're all achey and I can't put my hands behind my head right now.

It's a good ache though, I haven't done anything terrible to them, it's the muscle ache when you haven't exercised a while but it's rather strange that it's in my shoulder blades.
