I am 22 and living in the midwest. I downloaded the app to my cellphone and it has saved me time and time again. So far, I have lost 31 pounds but still have atleast another 20 to go. I have this inner sense that I am losing my motivation...has anyone else had that? and, if so, how did you overcome it? For the last week or so I have just been going through the motions of my workouts and have been eating things before looking up the calories which usually leads me to disaster. I am so happy this website is here!!

Hi, I'm new also. Just started this website on Friday and I'm trying to lose my baby weight as I put on over a stone since having my daughte, hopefully this will help, but find it hard to exercise for any length of time with my baby needing me, but time will tell.
