*Melted Mozzarella Chicken Lettuce Wrap* OMG!

THIS WAS SO QUICK, SO EASY AND SOOO DELICIOUS!!!!! AND ONLY 185 CALORIES PER SERVING!!! OH, PLEASE TRY! BY THE WAY..YOU EAT IT LIKE A TACO! lol
3 Romaine Lettuce Heart Leaves
4 oz. Boneless Chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 TBSP of Part-Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
2 Slices of Tomato
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1. Cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes (or smaller if you prefer). Cook on skillet on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked (about 8-10 minutes). Add soy sauce.
2. While chicken is still in the pan, drizzle mozzarella cheese over chicken, and let it melt.
3. Scoop chicken mixture into your romaine lettuce leaves.
4. Top with tomatoes, and wah la! They're done!

PROTEIN: 29g
FAT: 7g
FIBER: 1g

Yess! I thought right as i began to eat it...HEY! THIS IS LIKE EATING TACOS, but not! hahaha I guess i will trick my mind into thinking im really eating a Chicken Taco. haha And yes i am on a low carb diet for 30 days right now. so woohoo!0

Sorry, the serving size is 3 total. Then entire recipe is 1 serving. So techinally you could double the serving size to make 6 WRAPS and it still only be 370 calories, which is perfectly AWESOME!0
