DON'T USE THE SCALE TO MEASURE SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've seen too many threads lately where people are frustrated because they gained a few ounces or a few pounds. When I ask, "Well did your measurements decrease?" They don't know because they're not measuring themselves. Use a fabric tape measure to measure the following: waist, hips, thighs, calves, upper arm, forearm, chest, shoulders, and neck. When you do your weekly weigh in, record your measurements and track.
Now keep in mind, the measurements are just generalizations since its hard to measure the exact same spot every single time, but you should see losses, even with weight gain.
