Hello fitnesspal's!!

My name is Heather Doughty and I am a dental hygienist by day and a fitness success coach all the time!! ;0) I am going to start using this online support group because one of my customers said she was having excellent results with it!! They layout is great and I am so excited about all the support networking that I have seen so far!

I have a success story myself. In November 2009 my husband and I made a decision to purchase a little at home fitness program called P90X!. . . heard of that? LOL Anyhoo, I lost 40lbs and 16 inches total and I haven't looked back since. I now work for that company (Beahcbody) and I help others reach their goals daily. I am so blessed to have stumbled upon this opportuity and I am open to helping whoever needs it! I was featured in the November/December issue of Fitness Magazine in 2011 for my success with P90x. . .so all you ladies out there. . .don't be afraid of the X! It chaged my life!
