Motivation

I need help ladies and gents! I have noooo desire to get up and go. I find every excuse and use it, and I can't seem to break the habit. I want to loose the weight, and I want to be healthy and even when I'm eating right, and more active..I just can't seem to get any results. It's been a month and I've lost one pound. So, my question is: What makes you motivated, and keeps you at it?
