Whats for meals??

I think I would benefit from eating 5 or 6 small meals every day than eating 3 and trying to keep a few calories so I can have a snack later, it seems like I am always hungry, at least when I have nothing to keep me busy. so, my question is, what does everyone eat for each meal? I understand that they wont be 4 course meals, I just want an example or someones typical day to kind of give me an idea on where to start.

I thought I would be starving, but I eat three meals a day and am full! you should be able to look at my food diary if you like.0
