Hello All
P90X people - what do you log your exercises as or do you use heart rate monitors with calorie calculators? My husband is doing P90X and we're curious about what he would log it as.

At first I researched on blogs for the calorie count. But I found it's easier to use a HRM its the best way to determine the amount of calories burned. As for imputing the different workouts into your diary, I just add a "new exercise" and use the title for workout.
