Olive oil + balsamic vinegar + a little dijon mustard. So good! I always use a little more oil than vinegar, and it definitely matters what kind of balsamic vinegar. Trader Joe's is my fave :0)0

They have the Waldens Farms dressings at my regular grocery store (Harris Teeter) - it is with the regular dressings (up on the top shelf, where the more expensive dressings are...) I have only tried three varieties - the Honey Dijon is awesome, the Caesar is really good too... I tried the Blue Cheese, and did not like that one... I love putting some hummus, and sliced veggies on a FlatOut bread and drizzling a little Honey Dijon - yummy!!0
