O'ing

They say that a sneeze equals 1/10th of an orgasm. If that is the case I believe I've had at least ten orgasms just from sneezing alone today O.o

So, when you're feeling a bit ill do you take a few days to rest up to feel better or do you push through it anyway to get your exercise in? I've been feeling so blah today that I haven't done a thing :\

    When I was not feeling very well over the holidays (head cold) rather than do nothing I just went to the gym and walked on the treadmill followed by the steam room and hot tub. I couldn't really face anything else but it made me feel better and burned some calories! It would depend what was wrong as to whether or not I would 'workout'!

    it really depends on how i'm feeling sick...if it's a chest/head/congestion thing i may do some light walking.

    if it's a tummy thing, i usually skip working out so i don't puke everywhere.
