Need help beating the cravings

Ugh....i gave into the cravings over the past few days. They weren't for the super sweets just whole grain sweets like oatmeal, cereal and whole grain graham crackers. The problem is i ate too many....Please help me. How can i beat the cravings? How can I say no?

    I think eating more protien is supposed to be a big help.
  • Usually you can get over some cravings psychologically can help you out. Saying "I want food, I want food" and repeating it over and over in your head is supposed to draw you away from eating what's laying out in front of you. I often tend to simply drink water, as it helps to fill you up and reduce cravings. There are also a good number of things I remember for motivation, like "The body you've wanted for years or the food you've wanted for an hour?" That helps me out quite a bit(:

    i can totally relate to what you are going through. ive learned to keep busy .,if im not , im craving crap... most the time i pig out is because im not doing anything
