Under cals and still havent exercised today

I am planning on cardio kickboxing and 25 treadmill intervals


But I still have 420 calories from my 1200 diet that I havent eaten ..... I have had dinner already .... what do I do?

    Umm... eat something? :laugh:

    Seriously, your body NEEDS FUEL, so find something to eat. Exercising on that low of cals sends very cautious signals to your body.

    Eat some pasta, or lean meat. You need to eat.
  • Normally I eat my cals or over but today I just havent been hungry.......

    Have a snack after the kids go to bed. Triscuits and an ounce of cheese. And if you're still short, have a glass of wine! :love:

    Or try meal replacement shakes or protein shakes to make up the cals if you're not really hungry.

    I don't know if you should eat if you aren't hungry. Grab a snack later, but don't force food down, especially if you aren't under very often.
